• The applicant must be at least 18 years old and submit valid identity and contact details.
• Public support requests may concern only the applicant personally or a pet directly in their care.
• The story, requested amount, requested support, and intended purpose must be truthful, specific, and consistent.
• We may request medical or veterinary records, estimates, invoices, ownership evidence, and original media.
• Any proposed provider, vendor, invoice, account, purchase, or reimbursement is reviewed separately and may require additional verification.
• Applications involving a restricted jurisdiction, sanctioned person, prohibited destination, or sanctions-evasion attempt are not eligible.
• Alawi may request edits, pause the review, reject the submission, or remove a support page that no longer meets the requirements.
• Submitting a request or publishing a support page does not create a balance, guarantee support, or give the applicant a right to payment.
